Headquartered in the U.S. and with advanced manufacturing facilities located in Hyderabad, India, we specialize in the precision manufacturing of high-quality parts that adhere to international standards, alleviating aerospace supply chain constraints.
Founded in 2022 by two aerospace industry veterans, Vishal R. Sanghavi and Venkatesh Mudragalla, who led the joint ventures of major US aerospace OEMs such as Boeing, Sikorsky, Lockheed with the renowned Tata Group of India. Led by a team of capable industry stalwarts with vast experience in the fields of Aerospace Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital and program management, Jeh Aerospace’s leadership team are committed in their mission to reimagine what great aerospace manufacturing should be.

Vishal Sanghavi is the Founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace, where he drives our mission to rapidly create reliable engineering and manufacturing capacities for global aerospace and defense companies to help forge supply chain resiliency.
Before Jeh, Vishal, one of the youngest CXOs in the Tata Group, played a leading role in Tatas Aerospace growth journey over the last decade and a half.
He played a leadership role in setting up and running Tatas Aerospace Joint Ventures with Boeing, Sikorsky, and Lockheed Martin, and handled large P&L and teams.
Prior to that, Vishal was selected for TAS, the Tata Group’s flagship leadership program. Vishal’s versatility was showcased in roles across Tata Group companies, from Tata Auto Comp Systems to Tata Communications. His global experience includes a stint with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Mumbai, Stuttgart, and Copenhagen, working on consulting projects for renowned clients.
Vishal is a family man and lives with his wife and two naughty boys in Atlanta. He is an avid reader, travel enthusiast and a wannabe singer.

Venkatesh (Venky) Mudragalla is the Co-founder and COO of Jeh Aerospace, where he drives our operations to deliver quality and speed to our customers in a mission mode.
Prior to Jeh, Venky was leading the Tata Sikorsky Operations and played a critical role in setting up the Aero-engine capabilities for the Tata Group. He streamlined complex aerospace manufacturing operations, developed international supply chains, and built world-class teams during his more than a decade tenure in the Aerospace Industry.
Venky is an avid quizzer, a badminton pro, and an aeromodelling enthusiast. He lives with his wife and young kid in Hyderabad.
Head of Quality
Rudra champions the rigorous standards that ensure Jeh’s promise of unwavering quality and on-time delivery. With over 13 years in the aerospace industry, he has partnered with leading OEMs like GE, Rolls-Royce, Airbus, Boeing, and Pratt & Whitney to maintain the highest quality benchmarks.
Certified in advanced quality systems, including GE DSQR and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Rudra brings expertise in regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards like AS9100 and FAA.
His commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency is pivotal in delivering on Jeh’s vision of precise, consistent, and reliable manufacturing excellence.
Head of Program Management
Aman Yadav oversees & manages complex aerospace projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and on-time delivery. With over seven years of experience, Aman’s journey began at Tata, where he played a crucial role in India’s first complete aircraft manufacturing initiative—the Airbus C-295 project. His expertise in managing greenfield projects and navigating technical challenges was a testament to his leadership.
After Tata, Aman joined EY, managing US-based portfolios and delivering impactful solutions that exceeded expectations. Now at Jeh, Aman’s technical skills and project management acumen drive strategic outcomes, aligning with Jeh’s promise of excuseless quality.
Beyond work, Aman is a sports enthusiast, avid traveler, and lifelong learner with a passion for global history, current affairs, and innovation—qualities that enrich his leadership approach
Head of People
Arpita Majumdar is plays a pivotal role in nurturing the company’s most valuable asset—its people. Born and raised in Kolkata, Arpita holds an MBA in HR from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, and a BBA from WBUT-Kolkata. Her career began at Vedanta Resources as a Recruitment Specialist, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition. She quickly rose to lead Learning & Development for Vedanta’s aluminum business, driving strategic
growth initiatives through the Chairman’s Growth Workshop.
Before joining Jeh Aerospace, Arpita served as the HR Business Partner at Pernod Ricard for South India, managing a diverse workforce of over 3,000 employees. Her diverse experience across industries equips her with the insight to build strong, agile teams that drive Jeh’s mission of excuseless quality and excellence.
Outside work, Arpita’s passion for people shines as she enjoys mentoring, traveling, and exploring cultural nuances that enrich her HR perspective.
Head of Digital Transformation & Planning
Ved Prakash spearheads the digital innovations that define our future factories. With over 11 years of aerospace experience, Ved’s expertise lies in streamlining complex operations and implementing digital systems that power Jeh’s mission of consistent quality and on-time delivery.
In his previous role at Tata Sikorsky Aerospace, Ved led the deployment of advanced platforms like SAP S/4 HANA and Siemens APS across multiple units, creating a lean and data-driven manufacturing environment.His efforts consistently exceeded customer expectations, reducing inventory and boosting operational efficiency. Now at Jeh, he drives the digital transformation needed to revolutionize aerospace manufacturing.
Outside of work, Ved is a passionate badminton player, cricket enthusiast, and loves to travel. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, balancing his professional dedication with personal joys.
Head of Facilities & Admin
Sravan ensures that our operations run seamlessly and efficiently, supporting our commitment to quality and precision. With over 16 years of diverse experience, Sravan’s journey began in the Merchant Navy, where he honed his leadership and operational skills. His disciplined approach was built on a foundation of a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management and a B.Sc. in Nautical Science.
For the past 12 years, Sravan has transitioned to corporate administration, driving improvements in facilities management and operational efficiency. At Jeh, he leverages his unique background to create a workplace that supports cutting-edge manufacturing while ensuring safety and excellence.
Outside of work, Sravan’s strategic mindset extends to his personal interests, where he values continuous learning and fostering a culture of structure and improvement.
Head of Engineering
Prabhat leads the charge in engineering excellence and innovation. With 20 years of expertise in manufacturing complex aero engine components, Prabhat has a proven track record of delivering top-tier engineering solutions. His journey began at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, setting the foundation for his deep expertise in Aero Engines.
Over the years, he has led crucial aircraft engine programs for major players like GE, Rolls Royce, Safran, and Honeywell. Prabhat was instrumental in industrializing the GE LEAP Casing manufacturing program at TASL’s Center of Excellence for Aero Engines in India, demonstrating his ability to manage high-stakes projects. His specialization in machining HRSA materials and skills in NPI development, process, and CPC optimization are invaluable to Jeh’s mission of consistent quality and precision.
Outside of engineering, Prabhat enjoys traveling, cooking, and listening to melodious music, bringing creativity and passion into both his work and personal life.
